Nature’s Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner Dual Action Stain & Odor Remover features a bio-enzymatic formula capable of working quickly to remove stains from hard surfaces. Odor-locking technology seeks out, traps, and works to actually destroys stain and odor matter. Because of this breakdown of stains and odors, it is important that Nature’s Miracle Hard Floor Cleaner Dual Action Stain & Odor Remover be used correctly and be allowed to reach all of the contaminated area.
- Apply to stained area, making sure that Nature’s Miracle Dual-Action Hard Floor Stain and Odor Remover thoroughly saturates all of the affected surface.
- Wipe dry with a cloth. No need to rinse with water.
- Repeat if necessary.
- Always test surfaces to be treated for color fastness by applying to a hidden area and wiping with a cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use Nature’s Miracle Dual-Action Hard Floor Stain and Odor Remover on this surface.
- Always use at full strength for best results.
- Use before any other product as cleansers and detergents may chemically “set” the stain.
- Do not use on visibly worn, unsealed, or unfinished floors.

If you are not delighted with your purchase, Canine Supply Co. offers the following option for returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply complete the return form included with your order and email us at email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) so we may expedite processing. We will then notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We currently offer complimentary Standard Shipping, on all orders in the Continental USA. Extra fees do apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and we currently do not ship outside the USA.
