If you are not delighted with your purchase, Canine Supply Co. offers the following option for returns: simply return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a full refund, less any original shipping costs if applicable.  Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
To receive a refund based on purchase price of the item(s) and in the original form of payment:
All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
The merchandise must be in the condition they were received. Item(s) must be received in a new, unused, sale-able condition with original undamaged packaging and tickets attached. There are no exceptions.
The merchandise must not be altered.
All merchandise must be free of pet dander or hair. No exceptions.
Items received as gifts can be returned for store credit only.

Merchandise that is not returnable at any time:
Altered merchandise.
Any item marked Sale. Sale items are final and non-refundable. We will return to you, any final sale item sent back to us. No exceptions.
Personalized or engraved items.
All used or destroyed Dog Toys. No exceptions.
Beds and Blankets
Food, Chews, and anything perishable


Please complete the return form included with your order.
Email us at for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) so we may expedite processing.
Securely pack your return merchandise to protect it from damage during shipping.
Canine Supply Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
An e-mail notification will be sent once the return has been processed will deduct original shipping charges from your return.
