HOW TO ORDER
Use the website navigation at the top of the page (eg. Shop: Toys, Treats, Grooming, Health Care, Food, etc.) or use the search box at the top right of the page to locate items you are looking for.
Once you find an item, choose the size (where applicable) and quantity. Then, click the Add to Cart button.
You can review your items by clicking on the Canine Supply Co. Shopping Cart button at the top right of the screen. To remove any items in your Cart, simply click the Remove button, or Update Quantity button to change the number of an item.
When you are ready to make a purchase, click the Checkout button and follow the steps to complete your transaction.
TRACKING THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
If you placed your order through your Account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on My Account, signing in and selecting Order History. Here you can view your orders and track shipments. If you checked out as a guest, you will not have access to your order history. Feel free to email or call us for shipping information.
CANCELLING MY ORDER
Once you click the "Submit Order" button, the fulfillment process begins. We are happy to accommodate any cancellations within 1 hour of submitting your order. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
CHANGING MY ORDER
You have the option to cancel your order and place a new one within 1 hour of submitting your order. Once your order enters the shipping process it can not be changed. Please notify us via email at email@example.com.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If you order an item that is out of stock we will take one of two courses of action. If the item is due to arrive within 5 business days, we will hold back your order and send it when we have the item in stock. This helps us to minimize our carbon footprint and reduce the environmental impact of extra packaging. If this is the case you'll be notified through email. If the item is due to arrive beyond 5 business days, we will send out the balance of your order and then send the additional item to you when it is in stock at our expense.
If you choose an air express shipping method like Fed Ex Express Overnight Delivery or 2nd Day Air and an item or items are out of stock, we will ship what is available immediately, and the remaining items will be shipped via Standard Delivery when they are back in stock. Your credit card will be charged for the full order at the time of your purchase. Should you not want the order to be processed in this way, please contact us and we will arrange to cancel the outstanding item and credit your account.
USING MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS
Unfortunately, you cannot use more than one (1) credit card on a single order.
Sales tax is charged only on orders sent to destinations within the State of New Jersey.
Yes. We offer gift wrapping at $5.00 per gift. Simply check the gift wrap box upon check out. You can also include a personal gift message.
