Yes. In order to save items to "My Wishlist," you will first need to open a Canine Supply Co. account.  Please refer to post entitled "How do I create my Canine Supply Co. Account" for directions.

Orders can be placed with Customer Service, Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.  Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm EST.   Closed Sunday.  To call Customer Service please dial (888) 345-2566 during normal business hours, or refer to our "Contact Us" page located on the black menu bar for more options.
You have the option to cancel your order and place a new one within 1 hour of submitting your order.  Once your order enters the shipping process it can not be changed.  Please notify us via email at service@caninesupplyco.com.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-4 standard business days Monday-Friday.  Standard Shipping from New Jersey is 1-7 business days depending on your location in relation to our warehouse.
Yes.  Please log into your Canine Supply Co. account where you can view the status of your order.  You will also receive a tracking number for you shipment, in your order confirmation email.  Or feel free to contact our Customer Service department at the "Contact Us" page located on the black menu bar.
We do offer our customers Free Standard Shipping on orders over $59.00 (exclusions apply, please see our Shipping Policy for further details).  On orders under $59.00 we charge a flat rate fee of $5.95.  Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated based on weight and shipping distance.  For further details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Not at this time.  Currently we only ship within the contiguous United States.
No. Your order comes standard delivery without signature confirmation.  For your convenience we do provide you with a delivery confirmation shipping option for an extra fee.  Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
Yes, restrictions do apply.  In order to have your order sent to a PO Box you will need to place your order directly with Customer Service during normal business hours.
